Hand and Stone

From the moment I entered Hand and Stone I was impressed. I have been to many spas and to be honest this was not my first choice. Related to my usual spa having no appointments I went out on a limb and booked here for myself and my friend. We got a one-hour massage and facial. Jonier did my massage and was professional and friendly. I have scoliosis and suffer from a lot of back pain but with a deep massage from Jonier I left feeling amazing. HIGHLY recommend him. My friend had a massage by another woman and I do not know her name but did not speak much English. This was hard for them to communicate although she said the massage was amazing. I would recommend matching someone who does not speak English with someone speaking the same language just for convenience. My facial was also amazing and well worth the price. I became a member before I left and said good bye to my old spa.

Very happy to go in and not have to worry about anything . The staff recognizes me, greets me and its always a easy breezy experience. The manager is very sweet and helps me understand how to get the most out of my points and packages . Jacqueline is the best . I started going for medical reasons and since going to Jacqueline and her paying close attention to my pains & issues in legs , I do not use my prescription meds as long as I see her weekly . Very very very happy about this .

The process of getting an appointment set up and getting into the spa was very smooth. My esthetician was extremely helpful and I have noticeable improvements, even after only one facial.
