I always feel so de-stressed after a facial with Alexis. I wish that I could afford to come every week, because my skin feels so fresh and uncongested after my visits.

Everyone from reception to masseuse and aesthetician was knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. The spa was clean and comfortable. Jose and Mikaela were superb.

Loved my esthetician. She was so warm hearted and welcoming. Even though I went for a facial she still gave me advice on other areas of my skin that I was concerned about. I highly recommend her!

So nice to be able to have the same company in my home state and then in another state when on vacation. Covid protocols were the same which made me very comfortable.

Staff is always friendly, welcoming with water or tea. Relaxation starts when you enter this locale. The Manager Rebecca is very personable, professional and knowledgable. She treats everyone as a VIP and accommodates customers with a quiet reassuring elegance. Congrats to H & S for having her as a valuable team member, she is definitely an asset. The massage therapist Jaqueline, is the best I've ever had. I consider getting a massage from her as physical therapy that it leaves me feeling completely rejuvenated and pain free.

All staffers very welcoming and sweet. The only issue the receptionist was unable to add a package I had from the monthly membership to the checkout.

My therapist Maria was EXCELLENT. She listened to what I wanted and worked on the areas that I requested. She also gave me my full 50 minutes, something that rarely happens at the other location I go to.
