Clarissa did an excellent job with my massage and making sure to meet my requests regarding the massage

I see Ayanna for my facials and she is always friendly and very knowledgeable about skin products and tips to help improve my skin health. I have seen a major improvement since I started seeing Ayanna. I enjoy going to my facials also because Ayanna always pleasant and friendly.

The lady given the facial was very knowledgeable. She was also dedicated and friendly. She had hurt her knee and was still completing her appointments. She gave me a way to contact her for information if I needed about my products purchased. I will be seeing her again in a month. Also the lady at the front desk signed me up for a membership and was able to discuss in detail the benefits of said membership.

Everyone was friendly. I didn’t feel like anyone was constantly trying to sell me products. There was a nice atmosphere.

Mary, the therapist, was superb! In the last ten years with H&S, this was the best massage therapist. I would love to bring Mary to North Carolina. Thank you, Mary, for bringing ❤ to my body, mind and spirit. The check-in receptionists were topnotch. My next trip will include H&S with Mary.

The lobby ambiance is very calming. The receptionist was very nice. Even though it is a busy time, she took her time with me. My masseuse, Brittany, is authentic and has a great touch. I booked my next appointment before leaving.
