Staff friendly and competent. Massage was excellent. My only complaint is the cost is a bit high. I’ve been a member many years.

Knowledge and skills of the therapist are excellent. She listens to your overall concerns and offers recommendations. Overall I am very satisfied with the services provided and effectiveness of the massage.

I arrive early for my appointment so I can enjoy relaxing in the reception area. Mary is amazing!!

The staff at my location are wonderful, from the front area to the specialist. I am not force fed products ( this makes me uncomfortable) but recommendations are made and most of the time I end up getting something anyways. I always feel welcome when I come and feel great when I leave, not only by the particular service I did that day but also because of how I was treated. Keep doing what you are doing!!

I’ve been to another Spa near by and the girls at the front were Not as welcoming and they were very pushy to sale the membership

Natalie is just awesome and I am glad I found her. However, I am moving on October 1st and will need to go to a different Hand and Stone.

Leia, my massage therapist is extremely professional, funny and highly skilled. I am always satisfied with my massage because Leia listens. 5 stars for Leia.
