Thr massage therapist Kevin is the main reason that I join the membership. He knows how to treat my back problems. All staffs are very friendly. They always let me know what promotions are running and save money or upgrade. Every appointment starts on time and no waiting. One of my colleague already started to go to this location. She has been using Kevin’s service. I highly recommend to other people as well.

I have enjoyed my membership with Hand & Stone for over 10years in Heathrow and now the Mid-town location. I was grandfather into the membership program, but the membership increased without my knowledge this year. The response I received when inquiring was very unprofessional, which prompted my cancellation of membership. I had four sessions remaining. I currently have two remainings and feel sad that I have to end a tenure with Hand & Stone. I had a wonderful experience this weekend having a 2-hour massage. It's disappointing that I have to complete it. I believe in paying for excellence but not when inappropriately engaged. If there is a way to reconcile, I would be interested in discussing it. I look forward to completing my last two sessions.
