I've been to Samantha for several facials. She practically puts me to sleep in the most delightful way. She is knowledgeable about skin issues and products and is refreshingly not pushy or overzealous in promoting the products. As a result, I actually bought some. Her technique is relaxing and comfortable and she spends a good amount of time with the massage while the steamer is on. I've had other experiences where the provider just left the room for those 10 mins.
