James applied a lot of pressure which I need for my tension. Others when I've asked for more pressure don't deliver enough. He was great.

My appointment started on time. My therapist listened to my recent history and understood my challenges. My therapist did not try to talk to me during the appointment and instead helped me to focus on my breathing and to relax into the massage and movement work.

James was excellent at applying just right amount of pressure. I felt relaxed when I left. I would ask for James again. Well done 👍
