Everything seems very efficient, and the space is clean and welcoming. My therapist is fabulous. I appreciate that he is a fixer, and applies the appropriate amount of pressure and constantly checks in with me to make sure that I am comfortable. He also uses an appropriate amount of lotion so my skin doesn't feel like it's pulling.

The staff is always excellent upon my arriving. Joe, the massage therapist I usually see, is always responsive to my needs and is always ready and willing to help.

The esthetician was great at explaining every thing and was very knowledgeable about all the products and how they work.

Jessica was very attentive to my needs and provided useful information in resolving aches and pains.

Very easy to book, the staff was amazing, Laura made me feel so relaxed

The staff was very helpful on products. Vanessa was very helpful with my shoulder problems.

The therapist was very knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable during my massage. He made sure to spend extra time of places I was more right.

Essay questions are the reason I don't take surveys. After checking all the boxes there's nothing else to say.
