I was very impressed with all that the spa did to make me feel safe during the COVID19 pandemic. I was nervous about getting a massage, but Hand & Stone did a great job making me feel safe. Julie, my therapist, was warm and inviting and showed great interest in making me feel better. I was impressed that she remembered me from my last visit in January and she immediately asked if I was feeling better as I have been dealing with some leg issues.

Facility has always been clean but you could tell all employees were going even further with sanitizing. My esthetician was friendly, professional and did a great job despite the changes required to kept clients and employees safe. My skin felt fabulous after my facial and I loved the products she chose.

Therapist addresses issues I am having with my legs swelling and continuing knee pain . Feel much better after treatment.

Julie addressed my problem areas and showed me stretches to help alleviate my sore spots. I am returning in 2 weeks.

Jillian is a little ray of sunshine and made me feel very comfortable about my skin while also explaining in easy to understand detail what each product was and how it functions as she was applying it to my face. I felt extremely well taken care of and my skin looks brand new! :)
