The spa has a n overall welcoming feeling, the receptionist is very polite and friendly. The massage therapist is very knowledgeable. He listened to me and focused on the specific areas needed.

I had Jillian and she was awesome! very friendly and knowledgeable. I hope to have her again when I return! I had a wonderful time.

This location is close to my home. My daughter easily booked appointments for both of us. Everyone we encountered was friendly, prompt and my esthetician addresses my specific areas of concern and recommended products to help with these issues also.

Love Julie! Nice/Great massage/Thoughtful! Carpets had just been cleaned, very clean environment. Could change up music and environment of rooms rather sterile. Feels officey. Maybe because I am an artist/designer I might want a more beautiful environment. No complaints though, will be back in a few weeks.

The waiting area seemed calm and relaxing. I enjoyed the soothing music during my massage. My therapist asked if any certain areas need to be more attentive on. I don't think I ever had that question asked before when I had a massage done years ago.

The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The only thing I would ask is for the water cups to be slightly bigger. Overall Great service and people.

Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable about the products and services offered. They were also very apologetic and accommodating because my appointment was rescheduled twice because of employee illness.
