It was my first visit and it was great. I was thankful for evening hours and availability to schedule quickly. Therapist listened to me in regards to the areas I needed to focus on and provided guidance on how to stretch problem areas and things to ask my chiropractor to adjust.

My massage therapist was Shay. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous. Her skills as a massage therapist were excellent and I felt improvement in the areas of muscle spasm/trigger points in terms of decreased pain as well as increased range of motion of my neck.

I had several knots throughout my shoulders & asked for medium to firm pressure. My massage therapist addressed these issues first & foremost. She even tried cupping to help intermittently with the pressure since it hurt a not at times.

this was my first time getting any kind of facial treatment, and because of the service and outcome i recurved, it definitely won’t be my last. the staff was very polite and informative. the atmosphere was calming and allowed me to feel comfortable during my first experience with a spa.

The staff at Hand and Stone in Crescent Springs were very friendly and helpful. I always feel welcomed by the receptionists. I have now had one massage, and one facial and I have left both appointments feeling relaxed and refreshed. Given the high quality services I feel that the prices are mostly reasonable.

They had to reschedule this appointment the first time so they compensated me with an incentive for my trouble. The message was great first time with this girl but will see her again.

I love having my monthly payments automatically taken out from my account. Joe is amazing. He is very intuitive and knowledgeable.

The therapist I requested is very knowledgeable and very good I have followed her to a couple of her different spots that she worked at she is excellent
