Some Time I feel the staff there feel nervous about working with some certain clientele

Mostly my main complaint is that the esthetician did not massage my face other than to cleanse and to remove mask. For long periods I laid there while she cleaned up or looked for the next product. She also kept talking about how much money things would cost without me asking. She asked me if I had a routine at home, which I’ve gone over each time I get a facial. I did not get to relax.

While in the more recent months, it has been getting more difficult, it is easier and more convenient than Massage Envy. I believe H&S has more appointment time than ME and the ambiance is better.

This visit, I requested the therapist to target my neck and shoulders. Very light pressure was applied and no additional time spent on those areas. I was still as tight as when I came in. Overall, everything else was ok. The fan ticking was annoying. This is not typical of my experience at Hand and Stone

My only issue with membership is the rising cost. It has been raised $20 since I began Again, I understand the costs are rising in all areas and businesses must adapt. However, it is hard for me to maintain. I am highly satisfied in almost every area. I would give it 4.7 out of 5 star review

Going to try one more time see how it goes message ? Did not like pressure sale to join recurring Club. Particularly don't like card on file period .

Shared little knowledge on skincare products. Just told me to keep using my own. Added lip treatment was a joke. Just put a lip moisturizer on my lips and told me press them together. Nothing more was done. The experience was relaxing but didn’t feel well exfoliate and too little pressure the whole time.

Therapist used too much forearm and elbow. There was no flow to the massage and she was clumsy with the stones. It was ok but not great.

Would prefer the option of scented lotion without extra fee

I was happy and satisfied!
