The massage was good. I did wish for more time. I have never liked not having time to relax after each massage. I don't understand why more time is not allowed to relax after a massage, especially when there are other vacant rooms, which would not affect continuation of services.

Appointment started 15 minutes late and ended10 minutes early

The head cushion was not comfortable and the music has always been odd. It should be more soothing. It's too strange with bird calls, etc.

My massage therapist was great. Had nothing to do with and she was really the reason why I didn't cancel my membership. I originally started going for facials I understand every esthethician have their own touch but after marylin left I jumped around different staff members to find someone I felt met my expectations. The techniques used are different and I like consistency to see improvement. Then I found Alexa and after a few sessions her schedule no longer coincided with the times I was able to attend. Taking me back on the search for someone new. And we'll Daisy was nothing but great during the services. However the last encounter with the receptionist really made me think perhaps it's time to part ways.

The increase in payment, products are expensive. I had been trying to book an appointment for 2 months with no availability on the days I needed.

I don't always get to come as often as I would like

As l stated l want to quit & can’t find anyone to do this!!!!

I erased the message I got when I asked about the price. When I went out tte front desk gave me a higher price so I did not book again.

I have no comment.

They did not have the product i needed.
