The front desk people seem a little confused when booking appointments. While getting the cryo treatment you are asked to lay on top of the made table, not under anything.

•I’d like to know step by step what is being put on my skin and products. •music can be a bit more flexing more therapeutic •wish they had more options for massages like a variety of them in the menu

Initial massage set up by wife. This resulted in her email being set as my login when I signed up for membership without me knowing. When I called to correct it was initial told to just use my wife's email to log in. Eventually worked it out after additional calls. App has some issues.

N/a I have been very satisfied with my experience with my experience. There is nothing I have to say that could improve what I am looking for. I have found it here .

Too soon to comment on certain areas. Only had one treatment which didn’t show big results.

Too much pressure for Add ons. I come to relax, not spend $500 every time I visit.

I do not understand the points and the staff do not offer an upgrade with my points unless I ask. Since I joined, the price has gone up $20 a month or $200 per year. My husband also felt some intense pain after a visit

I always welcome at Hand and Stone spa! Feels like home

I think that both Kara and Katie were very professional. Katie knew a lot of things and offered to upgrade me, I just did not have the money for it. Kara was very sweet but maybe a little too soft with the massage. At times I felt she was barely massaging but over all pretty good.
