Hand and Stone

I would love to see a hot stone with suction cup combination. The suction cups were good, but the hot stones also bring relief in problematic areas.

Went in with minor backache and left in severe pain. The therapist applied too much pressure and never asked if pressure was good even though I clearly expressed she was hurting me. She also didnt use any product during massage. She kept rubbing extremely hard with nothing applied which caused friction and discomfort.

I presented a gift card for the massage that was not honored. It expired during COVID and I have only recently started to go out more as I am immunocompromised. While I understand it was not the front desk’s fault (and while the massage therapist was absolutely fantastic) it did leave me dissatisfied with the establishment.

There is always room for growth.

The only thing will be rectified at my next appt and that's the pressure used for the massage

Difficult to get appointments, down town location does not offer parking, service is good but not exceptional

Limitations due my pregnancy. Which hinders my full use of add-on and pressure points that I've become accustomed to maximize the full experience.

it was a great experience i just don’t feel it was a unique experience personally. i would rate highly satisfied as something unique and more versatile amount of services offered.

I didn’t know what I could use my points for and was given one option. Some of my massage was light pressure

When it comes to check out for some reason there is a problem with my packages on file. This last visit again a package was missing but fortunately it was handled.
