Tried to charge me for fees I did not owe

The hour massage was really only about 35-40 min. I was 10 min early for my appointment, but was late being seen.

Massage therapist was so nice and very friendly. Explained everything. At the end of my appt, front desk was bad mouthing another massage business that I also go to. It was unprofessional and made me not want to come back.

It’s fine. I’m not highly satisfied.

Like everything else, there is always room for improvement

While the massage was good I don't feel the therapist went above expectations. It just felt ok.

Too expensive

The front desk staff isn't personable and there is a new face every time I go in. No one ever really knows what the policy's are of even how to properly ring me out. I always feel rushed and I'm never reminded about my rewards.

My appointment got canceled for the second time in a row so I had to get a new therapist. She was different then usual but luckily I enjoyed my massage.

I was satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. I enjoy my time when I am there and feel relaxed when I leave. Thank you.
