As a member when booking in the app, it should not be required to enter credit card info when you already have it i your system

Too little time is spent on my focus areas. This time, as with the majority of my visits, they ask where to focus and then just go through their normal routine. There are also too few options for prenatal massage.

Therapist was great

I like trying new things like Cryo for the face or Micro demabrasion but are a little pricey. Also this has happened to me twice. I am told one price in the room and when I go to check out it is a higher price than what I was told. I wish there was a price list that I can look at to know exactly what I am going to pay.

The massage therapists are the most knowledgeable I have had compared to various other “chain” massage therapy establishments. They communicate great and actually are able to accommodate any issues, pains, aches that I have at each visit.

I was highly satisfied. I felt taken care of, welcomed and the massage was amazing. Victoria always takes care of me. Her positive energy is amazing. And I feel like she gets so much massaging in 50 mins.

I loved the overall experience, but I did request the massage therapist to wear a mask and I don’t think my intake form was read.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone in the reception area is friendly and professional. The esthetician is the best and I'm sad to see her go. Nothing was wrong.
