The room was too cold. I didn't say anything but they also didn't ask if it was comfortable temperature.

I had a really good experience at hand & stone. My facial was really good and the lady that did it was very knowledgeable and very friendly. My message was good but not great.

There is entirely too much PRESSURE to add on to services. Let people know the options available leave it alone. Let people relax and enjoy and TIP without all the pressure.

Jessica provided an amazing service. I was very happy with my massage. After my April massage I wasn't sure I would be coming back. Jamica had left and the therapist I had for my first massage afterwards was very aggressive in her technique, even after she "lightened up." I will happily be back and Jessica will be my requested massage therapist.

My massage was supposed to be a specialty massage booked I picked two extra options upon booking a tension relief massage and one other option but when I got my massage I realized they did not do the service I initially booked. They did not show me the aroma therapy options or any add on options upon checking in. I wish I would have known before my service began that they changes my initial booked service. Was very happy with the therapist though she was excellent.

While the appointment is scheduled for fifty minutes, consistently, the massage is 40- 45 mins. I’m not called back until the time it is to start, then there is a consultation and undress time, massage doesn’t start until ten after the hour. Which would be no problem, except it is always over at 50 mins passed the hour. So the consult and undressing are part of the fifty minutes and what is led the to be a 50 minute massage really is a 40-45 minute service

I was informed a day before my appointment that my therapist would be out. It was not specified what days she would be out. I made an appointment for another time thinking I would be with my therapist only to find out that I had been booked with someone else. My suggestion would be for the receptionist to be specific as possible so that clients know who will be servicing them. If I'd known I was going to have someone else, I would have not agreed to the appointment time and day. I was very disappointment upon my arrival. *The receptionist stated (... would be out for the next couple of days) I was not sure if that meant she was currently there, and wouldn't be able to perform services on the day I had my appointment so I book for the same day. It would have been helpful if I was just informed who was performing my services so I could decided if I wanted it or not. Thanks

I wasn’t offered any enhancements to go with my massage. Like Eucalyptus oil or hot stones.

One of the estheticians while performing my facial was super slow. I barely felt her touching my face which made me think the service wasn’t to its full potential.
