In the past I have had appointments cancelled too frequently. It is hard to use your paid for massages when staffing is short.

The receptionist booked my appointment for the wrong time. I had to wait an hour to be fit in.

I really like when the therapist educates on any problem areas and makes me aware of frequency they recommend me coming in. Also the pressure was really really light it felt like I was getting a gentle rub but not necessarily a massage

I was first of all shocked to see my regular therapist leave. The new therapist was okay. The hot stones were way too hot and I felt like my skin was being burnt. Other than that I am extremely sore from the massage. We had to focus more on some area and couldn’t do a whole body. Overall satisfied. L

This is just a personal preference, and I may have missed an area to indicate this upon booking, but I prefer not to talk during appointments. My masseuse was very pleasant and I appreciated her conversation, but it was distracting from the massage and the relaxation aspect. If this is not something you currently ask, I have had other spas ask whether I prefer silence which may be a nice addition just gauge customer preferences. Otherwise everything was great.

I was satisfied with the overall experience. I had a great experience and will be back in the near future.

I would love if there was darker lighting in the waiting room. The opportunity to change into a robe and wait in a “relaxation room” would result in a “highly satisfied” rating.all the employees have been excellent

Everything was wonderful. I came to relax and reset at the end of my maternity leave before I go back to a stressful work environment, and my services did just that. I felt refreshed, relaxed, and very well cared for. From the moment I entered the spa til I left, I was very accommodated and felt wonderful. The entire experience was very blissful for me.

I was satisfied. I throughly enjoy it here. I always am telling People to try it.
