The location was convenient.Megan was great. She focused on the areas I needed. The price was a little high but I would pay it again for the services received.

Please improve the user experience as it relates to using the app to book appointments. You need better filtering options and the option to change a search criteria (instead of starting the search from the beginning).

Very professional and the outcome was wonderful. My skin looked wonderful after my facial and the massage was very relaxing.

The room was warm and inviting. The room and reception area was very clean. My therapist was very friendly and knowledgable.

My massage room was near the entrance and I heard everyone coming in and going out. The front desk help did not offer me water but offered another client water on arrival.

This was my first experience ever getting an actual professional massage. The therapist informed of everything she was going to do step by step. It was an amazing experience. Most definitely will be returning.
