Hand and Stone

I got the hand and foot treatments added on and it was less than 3 minutes spent on each. I expected more from the foot treatment, additional massaging and more time spent on those areas. She applied scrub, rubbed it in, put a hot towel on and moved to the next area, came back and wiped away the scrub. That was not what I was expecting. The entire service was about 45 minutes max.

The price is kind of pricey

Although the receptionist and aesthetician were friendly neither of them apologized for my appointment starting 15 minutes late.

This was my first visit. I want to learn whether the good customer service will be consistent and improve over time, which will move me towards being highly satisfied. The reception area is quite small although well done and clean.

My only suggestion is when the girls who answer the phone or leave a message need to enunciate their words. They sound like they have food in their mouths. Also they talk too fast I can not understand what they are saying.

Extremely overpriced

My appointment was at 5 and my massage didn’t start until 5:15-5:20. I rushed over to get there on time. There may have been extenuating circumstances. I’m not mad about it but I was worried it would cut into my time if there was someone after me, which it didn’t.

I was satisfied I just wanted know why u don't get the full hour.

I’m very satisfied, it’s what I expected from the service, although I kind of thought the service would be longer and include the décolletage massage. I don’t think my skin was that bad off to notice improvement. She said it was dehydrated and I didn’t know that either
