I've raised the same issue in every feedback survey I receive from Hand & Stone and yet nothing seems to change. Your client prescreen form, in particular the guest signature panels, is not accessible to those of us who are blind and use a screen reader. I'm running Android 12 on a Google Pixel 4A-5G using the most updated version of Chrome web browser. Despite my repeated efforts there's no way to verify that my signature on the screen. It's literally a stab in the dark for me every time. I've raised this issue with the spa I belong to they just tell me to come in and sign the waiver in person but I like having all that taken care of prior to my appointment. I don't expect you to revamp your entire website over one customer complaint but each website is supposed to be accessible by the ADA standards, meaning visually impaired users shall have a browsing experience similar to that of a sighted person. So far that hasn't been my experience.

I was very satisfied with my experience. I wish it could have been longer, but I booked pretty last minute. One thing (not a major thing) was there was a large water stain on the ceiling right about where you lay for your massage.

I have been going to hand and stone for quite some time. Every time the service is not consistent. Low availability so no way to control who the therapist is. Some are much better than others.

I was assigned a therapist who very recently completed certification. The therapist lacked confidence and skill to provide the level of service I typically receive from other more seasoned therapists.

Prefer to complete form prior to arrival. Bottled water or beverage should be provided. A miles aromatherapy should be included in charge.

On line the introductory massage was listed as $49.95 and the charge was $69.95. Not sure why. The confirmation did not include this so I did not know until my daughter came home with the receipt and of course she tipped assuming $49.95. Otherwise she had a good experience. thank you!

The rate recently went up in price and I’m still receiving the same service. Nothing special added in service. Also the points system if feel they take more than they need to. For instance I had a facial upgrade and instead of just using two of my services they used three. I don’t think it’s fair when you’re not completely using the full service.

When I checked my credit card statement I was charged $65 enrollment fee and was quoted $55. I was told I would receive a set of coupons but they were not in my bag when I got home.

Had a gift certificate for a one hour massage and added 30 minutes. When I was done it appears that we only went for about an hour and ten minutes.
