I enjoyed the ambiance. The therapist was friendly but did talk the entire session. I specifically mentioned I was stressed from a lot of life issues and have been talking alot the last few weeks. I just wanted some quiet time. She talked all about her family and friends

I was satisfied with ever aspect of service. I didn’t feel that anyone went above and beyond that is why I didn’t choose highly satisfied. I would have chosen highly satisfied, but I just felt like “another customer”. Overall great experience and I will return.

I did like howdy facial was conducted, the products did not work for me. My esthecian shouldnhave asked if and what products I was using

Overall, I was very satisfied! The online intake was a little confusing and it made me fill out more information than needed. It was a great experience though!

The appointment was 20 minutes behind. The aesthetician got serum in my eye. I’m not seeing noticeable results after my visit.

Everything was wonderful! The massage room could’ve been a little warmer, but otherwise awesome. I warmed up eventually and I know the therapists get warm working hard.

Check out time was lengthy due to computer glitch I was told.

Michelle was very good
