Every time I communicate my areas of focus. They always include my hands and feet because of arthritis, sometimes 1 other area. Inevitably, these areas receive minimal attention. At my last appointment I said "focus on my hands, feet and neck. You don't have to do much anywhere else". My hands got no more than 1-2 minutes each. My feet got 30 seconds-1 minute each. My neck received about 5 minutes. Arms and legs got 1 minute each. The rest of the time was spent on my back, which was feeling fine going in. When I say please focus on X, I get minimal attention. When I say something like "please spend 3/4 of the time on my focus areas and just a little bit on my back" I sense annoyance. I don't want to micromanage my LMT's time but I do want what I'm asking for. This should be less complicated. The other reason I'm not continuing with H&S is the increase in membership rate and lack of availability. While not a reason I ended my membership, the inability to book 80 min services or things like couples' massages online is a major frustration.

I wish we were provided small bottles of water upon our departure. I am so thirsty after the massage with no place to get water.

Therapist was very knowledgeable and knew what could help my issues. Therapist was also will to try thing to see if I would like it.

I enjoy my services very much, although I do not agree with the $10 raise in monthly membership. I am constantly up charged and not told until check out, I bring family or friends for a gift and they are up charged as well for a simple question like “would you like to use essential oils today” only to then chdbm out and be charged $15. I have worked in salon and spas my whole life and could get these services done with out the upchstges and monthly membership. It feels like the monthly membership is the bare minimum of a spa day.

At times the receptionist can be a bit curt I have had to complete the health screening multiple times After almost 3 years I just learned about the points system
