Hand and Stone

My daughter and I both booked facials. We were both unsold additions that cost $30 and $40. I’m not sure what the outcome would have been without the upsell. Are all of your facial customers offered services that cost above the basic booking? It made me uncomfortable to know that both of us experienced this. Perhaps it is routine, but I have not experienced this with facials at other salons in the past.

I didn't like how they tried to sell you the products , appointments, or membership.

I was satisfied but it wasn’t anything more like hanni expected. Not the best overall experience but it was satisfactory. Satisfied but no “wowed”

I loved Hand and Stone experience. The only issue I felt uncomfortable with is that my esthetician kept trying to sell me products which I know she meant well but I would say to only suggest once and that’s it.

When the massage was finished my therapist asked for me to come out of the room when I was finished getting dressed. Normally after massage is the therapist is there when you come out, but mine was not. I wasn’t sure if I was to wait there for her or just go out to the front. I waited for quite a while and never saw her again. I wanted to thank her for a nice experience.

My original appt was canceled last minute; there was a lot of lack of understanding regarding medical history & making it easier to get a massage

No reason

I experienced break outs on my face after my facial. And the products I was advised to buy for my combination skin left my skin feeling more dry than before.

It’s a very nice place friendly people just thought I would have got more for what I paid but haven’t been in awhile so I’m sure prices have paid

First time at this location. Need more experience before I would give a highly satisfied rating.
