The cost of the massages are understandably expensive and I wouldn’t get enough to get the membership deal. This was my first time here so I have a lot of knowledge of what I would do different the next time around. And when I say different I mean on my end. The masseuse did an amazing job I just wasn’t used to the massage and wish I had told her to focus on specific areas instead of a full body.

In spite of arriving 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, in an effort to begin on time, I was not retrieved by the massage therapist in enough time to begin my massage appointment promptly.

My preferred timeframe of appointment wasn’t available. Would like the ambiance to be a little more quiet & warm. Warm towel to wipe down the oil after massage would be nice.

Massage technique just not what I’m used to; felt a little rushed in certain areas. Also mostly the same motion repeated, which didn’t really dig into my trouble spots.

The cost is a little high. I should have said something about the pressure of the massage but it was too hard for me. I quite sore today!

I had a prenatal massage and the technician was wonderful. I told her I just wanted general relaxation, but I did feel that too much time was spent on my back and only a short time on my arms and legs. Loved the pregnancy bolster they used so I could lay on my belly comfortably. Overall great experience!

Haley was great, I'm in physical therapy for a neck and shoulder injury and she was highly knowledgeable about this area. She spent a great amount of time on my sore areas but I left still in pain. Not her fault at all, I've only ever had one other massage and that was a deep tissue massage. This was completely different and relaxing. I just don't know if I would do it again because while great while I was there, the pain was still there when I left. My wife gets massages from this location on a regular basis and is relaxed for quite awhile afterwards. Maybe after my injury heals I would enjoy it longer. For my review, Haley was awesome and was very knowledgeable about my neck, back and shoulder problem areas. It was very relaxing and she kept checking to make sure I was comfortable.

i was highly satisfied with this visit and with every service i have received there..i only rated it that way due to confusion over cancelling membership - i needed to cancel due to losing second job bu they only put a hold for a few months . This location has nice staff and i have always been satisfied with my services !

Had a great experience at Hand and Stone. Jessica was very knowledgeable about massage therapy and the human body. She took the time to listen to my needs and asked lots of questions! Overall she did a great job, next time I will have her work more on my problem area.
