Hand and Stone

If I was in any way dissatisfied about my experience at Hand & Stone it was due to the Covid restrictions being in place. I know that is out of the aesthetician's hands to control. It just spoils what should be a pure pleasurable experience.

Cost was a bit high.

I would recommend small bottles of water provided to clients after their massage. I was so thirsty afterwards. Even at my hair dresser they provide small bottles of water.

I felt they were more concerned with trying to sell me the membership afterwards

I am not understanding why this came up I was highly satisfied with the services here all the ladies were very nice very courteous of Covid and safe clean smells great. Thank you guys so much my niece and I loved our visit 😘

I feel for the money I am spending should be able to have the ability to have full facial without wearing of mask.

I just was looking for more of a deep tissue message I guess...

I really enjoyed the facial but having to wear the sticky mask over my mouth felt like it was a little too much. The esthetician had a mask and screen so I didn't feel that the sticky mask on myself was necessary.

Was told I’m text about being shielded and esthetician would not be able to clean the covered area but would be given product to do so at home. Did not receive any products
