The reception area has all their appointmen t’s messed up. I called a week before my appt to change to a different date, and they told me it was scheduled, but when I got there, they told me my appt was another day. When I had called a week ahead to change it, this was also the second time.

The treatment was fine. I was satisfied overall. Not sure why I need to be anymore than that?

The only thing I would have liked to know from my massage therapist was what types of products she was using and why, and if she noticed any knots or areas of concern in my muscles. I realize not all clients like to be communicated with throughout their massage, but I do so maybe I can request this next time.

I was satisfied with my experience. My esthetician was really helpful, and super friendly. The last time I had an appointment it was not put into the system. However, at my last appointment the receptionist took $20 off of my chemical peel.

I looked forward to my facial appt. On the day of the appt I had to switch to a massage in order to keep my appointed time. The office apologized with giving me an upgrade with my massage. I got more than I should have but not what I originally wanted but I understand that things can happen.

You have some very good therapists and then many on the lower end. If i dont get the ine i desire, im not satisfied

In June Hand & Stone used three of my credits to pay for my services which left me with an overage of -$19.90 which I said was a credit. I thought I could use the overage/ credit of $19.90 when I went in in September but I was told I could not. Instead I was offered a $10.00 off coupon for a service enhancement which is going to cost $15.00. Overage or credit you took/ kept $19.90 from me.

No specific reason ad probably my own fault. I should have informed the massage therapist the pressure was too strong and I wouldn’t be sore today.

I like the actual massages. I have back issues that benefited from regular massages. Having the same therapist that knows this is essential.

WHEN MAKING MY APPOINTMENT FOR ME MY MOM AUNTIE COUSIN AND MOTHER IN LAW I WAS TOLD THAT A COUPLES MASSAGE WOULD BE 109.00 NOT 109.00 PER PERSON AND AS WE CHECK OUT THE BILL WAS HIGH SO I ASK KIERA WHY WAS THE BILL SO HIGH AND SHE TOLD ME THEN THAT THE COUPLES MASSAGE WAS 109 PER PERSON INSTEAD OF 109.00. BUT THE MANAGER CAME OUT AND MADE IT RIGHT BY CHARGING THEM 69.95 INSTEAD OS 109.00 PER PERSON. SO WE WILL BE BACK ONCE A MONTH FOR OUR GROUP MASSAGE AND I WILL BE THERE EVERY TWO WEEKS.
