The experience was good. But I was not able to relax.

I am satisfied

Massage did not start on time and the receptionists did not acknowledge or say anything until I asked. Also I was not offered water or tea when I checked in. They did offer an enhancement when I approached them to ask about the delay. I would have felt better if they would have approached me.

Either the front desk staff did not notify the massage therapist of my enhancement option, or the massage therapist just entirely forgot about it. I was not offered anything in return. Even though I was not charged for the added stones, it still would have been nice to be offered at least something. I went there for my first couples massage, with my boyfriend, for his birthday. Neither of us received our enhancement option that was requested. All we received was an "I'm so sorry."

Made an appointment over the phone for a couples massage. Was not informed to arrive early so my significant other could fill out a form. We wasted 10 minutes of our appointment time so he could complete the form. Had I known he had to fill out a form I would have made sure we arrived earlier

The services were great. I didn't care for all the products offered. I understand the staff is expected to sell products and packages. It's just a little uncomfortable when you're not interested.

I had to wait a few minutes past my appointment time to start. Not a big deal. I wasn’t able to do the peel my dermatologist recommended.

The Massage therpist was knowledgeable. She offered suggestions on what to do between massages as well as provided feedback to what she thought was happening in my problem areas. Will def. go to Hailey again

It was good service but I don’t like the pressure of constantly being up sold on services

Was trying for an 80 minute session, but none were available, so I took the 50. Therapist was friendly, listened and took care of what I asked for. Truly enjoy the Himalayan Stones!!
