Hand and Stone

I feel like every time my session is finished and I get to the receptionist they are always trying to sell me something. Gift cards, expensive products.

Found out the therapist, Jessica, who I have seen several times, will be leaving.

The glycolic peel did not feel as if it was working or doing anything for my skin.

Massage felt rushed- appointment was for an hour massage and it was over in 45 minutes. There was loud music coming from another room which made it even harder to relax. Therapist was effective with pressure but was moving way too fast.

The extra scalp massage which I added took away from the neck/shoulder massage that I’ve had previously.

We can never get appointments when we want

I am still looking for the "right" therapist at this location; one that I could keep coming back to on a regular basis. Everytime I come here, I get booked with a different therapist, based on my schedule. While the therapist I had during this session was friendly & did a good job, I felt like she could have applied a little more pressure in some areas. The Himalayan Salt Stones were excellent! I felt a lot of relief, especially in the areas where I was "hurting" the most.

The massage lasted for 45 minutes instead of the full 50 minutes that I purchased.

The additional charges for every service are a bit much. Every other facial I have had includes a neck and arm massage. Yours does not. Inconsistency from therapist to therapist

It's been a while since I had a massage. Front staff were courteous and friendly, but seemed a bit cold to my therapist. My therapist was obviously new, she was late coming to get me by about 5 minutes, was visibility flustered, massage didn't start until at least 5:15 and ended at 5:45. The massage was great and she focused on the areas that I listed on my chart.
