I can't stand the website. The website needs to be more user friendly. I would expect to log in to see my appointments; see how many points i received per visit and see what other reward tiers available. This site i have to request an appt and someone has to call me back to confirm.. It defeats the purpose of online booking.

The blue towels have a musty odor in them (bathroom)

she gave me way too much time to change & i kept saying ready but i don’t think she could hear me. i have a very low voice! lol! 😀. she missed the front & back of my thighs & the top of my arms bc she said there wasn’t enough time, but i asked her to do the whole body, even if she could only do certain parts for 2-3 minutes. i was late, so she said we couldn’t get to everything but she would try. i would have even been happy with 20 seconds on each of those missed areas...i guess i should have requested just 20 seconds...

I got a massage but it seemed like it was too short. A lot of things I normally have done weren't done. I also got a facial which was less than satisfactory. I asked about extractions, was told they were included but they weren't done. Asked if she could use tweezers to pluck a couple hairs and wad told they only use wax.

I was really stressed and needed to calm down

I was pleased with the service, but to get the most out of facial with my skin condition, feel need to do add-on and then a tip. I feel that is a lot of money a month.

my first appt was a special going on and the esthetician didn't do one of the treatments I had scheduled until I reminded her that it was not done and she had me go back in the room and quickly did it. My second visit was supposed to be for a facial and they had me down for a massage so I didn't get a facial. My third appointment was good,

I just have a lot of painful areas! Enjoyed experience

I would have purchased a recommended Dermalogica product however no one could tell me if there was a return policy. Unfortunately, that equals no sale
