Hand and Stone

I felt the room smelled musky. The area where I put my head smelled really bad. At least any kind of smell could have covered that odor. Then I was offered if I wanted to become a member right after my massage. I’d like to relax after my massage not be asked and informed if I signed up today they would waive a sign up fee. There are way too many massage areas in my neighborhood to go back there and for $100 for a massage. No way. Aren’t steam showers offered to everyone after a massage?.

I had a good experience, overall. I wish the lighting was lower and the lotion used was scented or provided some aromatherapy during the experience.

Membership details were not available to a different location. Signed up deer park. Had to fill out another Information sheet. Not a big deal but should be not something I have to gain

I booked online and never received a response, so I had to go in person to make an appointment.

Sandra is the best. I had 2 other therapists I didn’t enjoy as much.

T is a wonderful massage therapist! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring to my needs. I would reccomend her to any family or friend!

I was not highly satisfied with this visit because today (the day after the appointment) I am extremely sore in an area that I have never experience tenderness. I cannot move my neck today. I have never experienced this much pain following a massage.

I enjoyed my massage greatly. I wish there were aromatherapy oils used during the massage for free, rather than paying for an upgrade. This surprised me when I first started getting massages from Hand and Stone because they've been included in all other salons I've been to.

I’m overalll ver satisfied with the service received at Hand & Stone. I didn’t care for the scent of the oils used on my face which wasn’t my service provider’s fault. Also, my service provider was a little “rough” for my liking. She had wonderful disposition; but, her style wasn’t as gentle as I would have liked.

I thought the location was very convenient. The receptionist was extremely kind and nice. I enjoyed my massage and facial. I like the fact there were no hidden charges or surprises. It was very straightforward and easy. Everyone explained the process and details very well. I am excited to be a new member and looking forward to my next appointment!
