The non-member cost is higher than average. I do not require monthly or every other month service so membership doesn't make sense. Cost was the factor

I felt as if my first massage was better than this one. But also I may have had less knots this time

I wasn't happy that one is pressured into getting membership right away and then when we return, have to pay a higher price for services. I felt receptionist's reaction when i didn't get membership. Bathroom needed some cleaning.

The service, massage, therapists knowledge and ambiance were all great. That is all I have to say.

This was my first time at this location. Overall, I was satisfied with the visit; the goals that I set out for this visit were met. I will be booking other appointments with other massage therapists, at this location, in order to find one that closely matches the one I had at your Geneva location.

The chair went out during the massage. I had to get up and change rooms in the middle of the massage. I was unable to relax for the duration of the massage

I like a whole body massage. The therapist concentrated mostly on my back. It was a good massage, but I wanted an overall massage that also worked on feet, shoulders and arms

I was satisfied versus highly satisfied mainly because I thought the shoulder & neck massage during my facial would last a little bit longer like I’ve had at other places. Otherwise, what she did perform was good just not long enough

I was very satisfied with my visit. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and worked my problem areas very well. I do suffer from body acne when exposed to the wrong products for my skin. I experienced breakouts from the massage lotion. So my not 100% satisfaction is from the lotion used and in no way reflects the great service I received. That being said it is a small price to pay for pain relief which is why I get massages in the first place.
