I was happy with the aesthetician. There just seemed to be something missing from the treatment. For the sale price, it was fine. If I had paid the $99, I would not have been a happy customer.

The receptionist guy did not explain the gift certificate option very well to me.He did not help the aesthetician find product I wanted to buy. His shirt was very wrinkled. The aesthetician was very good.I’ve had facials before but the one at this place did not offer that type of facial.The environment overall is very beautiful and relaxing. A+ to the aesthetician.

Hello! My esthetician was very warm & friendly, so she excelled there. However, she can use work on her technique. Her face and neck massage lacked pressure, and I barely felt massaged. She needs more strength behind her strokes. I realize she is a newly minted graduate, so I understand she is still inexperienced. I've been a spa patron for over 10 years, and I'd like to see her improve. I'm rooting for her! Everything else was great. (I love the NuFACE device!) Also, I did not appreciate how I was pressured by one of the receptionists to sign up for membership after just my 1st visit there. After she told me about the membership, and I said, "I'm all right for now, but thank you for letting me know." She responded, "Sign up now, because this is the only time this offer is available. You can cancel it later if you want." I had to say "No," 2 more times after that. I understand the pressure to educate visitors on membership availability (I was a spa receptionist for 5 years), but if I have to say "No," 3 times, it's too much, especially after I'm on a blissful cloud after my lovely massage and facial. I took my boyfriend in for his first massage. His therapist (Michelle C) was very knowledgeable and made his first experience a great one. I will probably come back to try her.

Staff was sweet. Facility was nice. Price (introductory special) couldn't be beat.

It is not a high end experience. It was very good, but I would never pay full price only the club price. It was a good value for the cost but it wasn’t extraordinary.

The part that I didn't appreciate, was at checkout it seemed like I was being pressured to sign up for the monthly program. I stated NO and was told that if I didn't get it now I would have to pay the higher amount. This was my first time coming and having that kind of stress just turned me off about returning.
