Hand and Stone

Everything went very well during my appointment. Staff is very professional and courteous also well assisting customers with disabilities.

From walking in the door to leaving, you are treated like a real person. You are greeted upon entering, asked if you needed anything (water, need to use the restroom, etc.). Massage is on time and the therapist greets you and walks you to the room. The therapist also asks how you feel and if you are having any issues. After the massage is done and you are dressed, your therapist greets you with a glass of water to help you start releasing the toxins from your body. It is a wonderful experience.

All the services I ever did at Hand & Stone, Facial and massages are GREAT and I am very happy. My favorite is Elliot my masseuse whenever i have aches and pain she helps me to be pain free after. She even taught me isometric stretching.

Sara is very confident and delivers the expertise according to my requests. She targeted the areas requested with an excellent result.

I book the same therapist and am familiar with what I will expect.

Yolanda was an outstanding massage therapist. I signed up for a membership based solely on her level of skill. I cannot wait to go back and receive another massage from her to help improve my wellness.

My massage therapist Veronica was pleasant and asked me what areas I needed her to focus on! When she was finished a lot of my problem areas were much better! I will be returning for sure!

I really look forward to every appointment that I book with hand and stone. I’m from Florida and I travel for work and this is my second year working in Chicago. I enjoy coming to the Orland Park location last year Elliot was my massage therapist quite frequently and she’s well knowledgeable and a excellent massage therapist! On 6/26/23 I had the pleasure of having Cara as my massage therapist and she was amazing!!! Cara is very knowledgeable as well!! The receptionist are very welcoming and friendly when I visit this location. Lastly, I love the up-keep of every Hand and Stone location that I’ve gone to. I enjoy being a member and I hope Hand and Stone is around for a long time.
