Hand and Stone

This was my first visit with Sandy after the therapist I was seeing left so I was a little nervous with someone new. But Sandy was absolutely fabulous! She spent time learning about my pain pints and addressed them specifically. I felt much better after my appointment with her.

I always enjoy the hospitality and welcoming demeanor of Hand and Stone representatives and therapists. The customer service is some of the best I have seen in the therapeutic and retail setting. Therapists are well-rounded, receptive to feedback, knowledgeable, and are willing to compromise/are flexible.

My masseuse was friendly, thorough and did a great job. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Ashley performed my facial and was extremely informative. She not only took the time to make me feel at ease.She also was reassuring during the process. She had a vase knowledge of products and she didn’t over sell. I was relaxed and felt rejuvenated afterward our session.
