I was seen on time. The receptionist was friendly. The massage therapist a nice and she did a really great job. I felt very relaxed.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Felt welcome relaxed and the therapist Jessica was amazing to work with.

On time. Professional. Thoughtful

I very much like my therapist. She is great. I would continue with the place, due to her if it weren’t for management not being at all apologetic for the mix-up & would have worked w/me to solve situation, instead of blaming me. Weeks later when I said maybe someone could have apologized, someone did- but that means very little when an adult has to be told. And still had to PAY to put membership on hold to use up all these extra services I’ve been charged for- SORRY, don’t think that’s a way to keep a long time member, after prices increased this year!

This is Patricia Schmidt, not Harvey Schmidt - this is my email address. I am replying in re: my appointment with Mike on 6/14. My massage was superior. Mike communicated extremely well and consistently throughout the massage. He requested my input numerous times regarding the pressure he was using and whether there were additional areas to be addressed. He was professional and very knowledgeable about massage. He made me feel confident in his abilities. He renews my faith in this Hand and Stone location, in fact, I look forward to another appointment. In the final analysis, it is two days post-massage and I do not have the aches/pains for which I booked the massage. That’s a huge success! Thank you, Mike. As to Harvey Schmidt’s massage with DAISY - he said it was his best massage ever. Daisy was outstanding, knowledgeable and very STRONG. PERFECT! She also suggested some posture exercises, which was wonderful! Thank you to DAISY on Harvey’s behalf.

Massage was provided at the deep or strong level I prefer.

Knowledgeable staff and friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d recommend to others.
