Michelle is an excellent massage therapist. My work is stressful and Michelle always helps to reduce the pain in my body due to work. In all the years I’ve had massages Michelle is my favorite and I recommend her to family and friends.

Mannerisms of all staff were highly professional. Everybody was very polite, kind, friendly, and timely. I think hand and stone corporate may possibly be too "corporate" on their employees. Working in the hospitality field for the past 25 years, while also a recipient of numerous regular spa services for just as long, I can spot this energy a mile away. I dont know why the receptionists have to stand at attention while at the receptionist desk as they are always standing almost in salute position and never sitting or relaxed. It is possible for clients to feel welcomed and attended to without the saluted stance. Guests need to feel at ease in a peaceful serene environment. And in order for a relaxing environment, corporate needs to reflect a harmonious atmosphere for their employees. This is clearly not the case. The employees were incredible and professional. The issue stems from above. Very corporate type of environment. Every client loves a "boutique" experience. Not a corporate chain experience. Great prices, chain experience from management.

Asia was amazing. Will be recommending her to my family and friends. I came in with terrible back pain and feel completely better today. Thank you!

I walked in with a migraine and walked out with a migraine. This massage was much needed. I was very satisfied with the reception staff along with my massage therapist. She was very knowledgeable.

Deisy, the massage therapist, was very kind and kept conversation to a minimum, which is so important to me in order to fully relax.

The ambience was relaxing, it exceeded my expectations. Michelle was wonderful, the right amount of pressure throughout the session. The overall experience was far better than my previous spa, Tricooci.
