My massage therapist Michael is excellent. He is very professional, courteous and talented. He is the reason I come back every month. The receptionist staff even though I don’t know all their names have always been very efficient, friendly and welcoming at all of my check in and outs.

The girls are always so nice at the front desk. Also, Paisly was wonderful and my face felt amazing afterwords. Thank you.

Very good facial. Very relaxing . Felt so much better after it was completed. I slept better that night too. It was worth the trip.

My sister booked our appointments over the phone a few weeks ago. We were scheduled for a couples massage, but somehow the appointment was only booked for one person. The receptionist was so amazing - she found someone available at the last minute and made both appointments happen! I was very impressed and pleased with my services!

Massage therapist talked way too much. Continued to start small talk about topics I didn't care for (involving her life)... just wanted a relaxing massage and felt like I was a therapist. I do not wish to be assigned this therapist again or any of my guests.

The massage therapist used the perfect amount of pressure and focused on the areas that I asked for. She checked in enough to make sure everything was alright, but not to the point where it felt disruptive. The experience was extremely relaxing, and the receptionist at the end had great suggestions for my next visit and helped me to navigate my points system.

Elliot is an outstanding massage therapist! She has helped me tremendously with my back issues. She’s very knowledgeable and very personable. I’m very happy at the Orland Park location and hope my budget will allow me to continue my membership there.
