I witnessed a receptionist being trained & loved it. They are always very personable and not robotic. My therapist is FANTASTIC. He listens to my words and my body to ensure I’m getting what I want and ultimately what I need.

Sarah is very professional and great at giving me my massages and the women up front are always warm and welcoming when I come into the spa. Have never ran into a problem. Thank you.
