First time getting a massage and it was great. I felt completely relaxed and very comfortable.

I normally go in the morning and it seems that staff is more energetic in the mornings

The staff are friendly and welcoming and they are also knowledgeable. Elliot my massage therapist is beyond amazing!!! She has been a lifesaver in helping me to restore my body back to health!! She is extremely passionate about her work!! I love that about her!!

Michelle is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in her field! She is friendly, attentive and always remembers what we had done at our previous appointment! I am very happy I found her!!

Michelle is an excellent therapist. She is very intuitive and can identify problem areas. She makes me feel very relaxed. The manager listened to my concerns regarding my last visit and appropriately compensated me. She also followed up on the team member to insure that education took place.

I've been to H & S several times for facials and this was my first session with Paisley. This was a great experience and I did notice a difference from my previous experiences. Before leaving, I booked my next session with Paisley... something I have not done in the past.

I really appreciate the experience I have always had at Hand & Stone. I love that I am able to get a facial and massage at the same place. However, I am unhappy with the fact that the price went up for my monthly membership. $60/month was already a stretch, and now it is $70/month. This change has made me consider canceling my membership in the next couple months. It is now just a little too expensive for me to justify.
