Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Therapist was very knowledgeable and ready to work. Therapist gave me the option to choose between specific target areas for the remainder of the massage.

Shawnette is great! Went in with lower back pain and after the massage i felt way better. Girls up front were very nice as well :)

Jessica is amazing. I will keep coming back as long as she works there!

The esthetician Paisley is the best. The receptionists are always friendly and patient. I usually go after a very stressful work week and I always leave out at peace and with Beautiful glowing skin.

The staff was very friendly. My masseuse was able to tell me what areas she would concentrate more on and had a lot of knowledge of the technique she used

The ladies at the front desk on this particular day were fantastic. Very friendly and kind. Michelle is a gifted massage therapist and I come to H&S because of the relief I get from monthly massages.

From booking the appointment, to the experience i had at the spa, everything was absolutely wonderful. the receptionists were so kind and attentive! the therapist, Jessica, was AMAZING, had the most pleasant attitude and was very informative. i left there feeling so refreshed and the pain i was experiencing prior to walking in was definitely lessened by the end of my massage! i would highly recommend this place and have already suggested it to a few friends:)

I've been working with Pazley for a few months now and I love that she can help with exactly what my issues are and is excited to see that things are working. She makes helpful suggestions and takes whatever questions I have in stride.
