There was an error with my booking, the manager on duty made sure that it was fixed and compensated with enhancements and in many other ways. The staff at this location is very professional and has the beat customer service I have ever came across.

The front office staff was warm, welcoming and attentive. They apologized for the water repair occurring in the lobby. The therapist, Jamica, phenomenal. She listened to my needs for the massage and delivered the perfect amount of pressure and perfect amount of attention on my problem areas. I was so pleased I told my husband to book a massage and ensure she would be the therapist. I've tried many other massage therapists and locations and I'm so happy I found this gem. I definitely plan to be back and will request services from Jamica.

We were instantly greeted and asked if we could be helped . We’re signed in and barely had to sit before ready for the appt. never had a facial before and if this is indication of treatment. I am sorry I waited so long. Scout was knowledgeable, kind, very thorough. I will be back. Thank your staff for being so kind! Good job!!!

Massage was awesome! Therapist was amazing!

This was my first professional massage and I was a little nervous going into it. I have sensitive skin and back problems which cause a lot of discomfort. However, the massage therapist was very understanding and did exactly what I asked her to do. I was very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. The only thing holding me back from making this a routine is the cost. It is quite steep and I would love to do it more often if it was a little more affordable. I don’t say that lightly because I know it’s hard work, but that’s coming from someone who works full time between two jobs and still struggles to pamper herself sometimes.

Overall the intake process was really good. The facial choices were good, but a little more expensive for add on's. Overall the experience was very good.
