Mike was fabulous! Really helped my neck.

It’s clean. Good location for me. Has great availability of appointments. My only suggestion would be that you dim the lights during the massage. I have never had a massage where the lights remained bright the entire massage.

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone and I enjoyed Mackenzi and the staff so much that I became a member and already have my next appointment booked two weeks from today. I appreciate the extra attention taken related to COVID-19 and felt safe and secure.

The massage therapist was very qualified and succeeded in relieving my stiffness. The reception area was spotless and welcoming. Easy to book an appointment.

Everyone was very friendly when I entered and my massage therapist was ready right away. Everything was very clean as well. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and made sure to ask about pressure and any specific areas that needed work. I was very happy with my massage and would come back for sure!

Receptionist went out of her way to get the answers to my questions. Caitlyn is extremely helpful, eager to assist, professional and extremely pleasant! Shawnette massage therapist is knowledgeable, nice and eager to help alleviate aches and pains! Overall my experience was wonderful!

The front desk was extremely kind and accommodating. The esthetician Pazley was able to provide the correct recommendation/service to clear my pours and congestion. I hope to get more facials in the future (I would like monthly massages and facials, but cannot afford to do both).

The girls at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. Pazley did my facial and she was also great and did a wonderful job. I’ll definitely be back for both another facial and a massage.

The professionalism of the therapists has always been great. The front desk staff is new to me, the person who checked me in was good but my temperature wasn’t taken - I forgot until I was face down. The secondary staff person was unattentive, maybe overwhelmed.
