I did have another esthetician at Hand and Stone that wasn’t my favorite, but Kenzie has been more flexible in what I am looking for and making me feel comfortable.

It's my massage therapist that makes me want to continue this membership. She was trained in China and I've never had a better massage from anyone or any other place. I've had tons of neck and back tension relief thanks to her techniques. The spa is clean and has a good ambience, so overall I am pleased.
