hand and stone has exceeded my expectations. Spencer is an excellent massage therapist, very knowledgable. Front desk staff is consistently kind, courteous, and helpful.

Gabrielle is a class act and knowledgeable. I am dissatisfied that to freeze my account temporarily I can't do online and have to wait for the convenience of a hand & stone manager, not the customer, to call me during the business week to approve and complete my freeze. It kinda seems like I'm gonna get some "sales pressure" just to temporarily freeze until I use some of my credits. This should be changed for the freedom of the customer to handle w/i their account

The whole process was great. Receptionists are helpful and friendly. The facials I get from Kenzi are excellent!

Taie (not sure if I am spelling his name correctly), is a great massage therapist. The one reason I haven't cancelled yet. I just don't know if I want to continue to pay 79.00 a massage plus tip. So it would only be the cost that would cause me to cancel my membership. Staff that work there are all nice and helpful and awesome.

Lindsay was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The front desk staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. The facility was spotlessly clean as always.
