I really enjoyed my experience at Hand and Stone. I would prefer a little less aggressive sales pitch for the membership at the end (which was NOT my esthetician) but I have a feeling that is a management driven directive. When I feel relaxed and happy and less stressed I would have preferred to be able to pay my bill and leave on that high note. Rather then leave feeling a little unsure about a memebership I bought and wishing I could have made the decision later. I fully planned to come back because I really liked my esthetician, but I have a stubborn streak and the arm twisting afterwards almost made that my last visit. Matter of fact, you can thank my esthetician for securing my return.

My therapist listens to my needs and I left feeling better then when I got there. He gives me tips to improve my pains outside of the massage. I feel safe and appreciated.

The therapist was very thorough, not only hitting all the target areas but other areas I didn't realize were sore. He could have went a little deeper on a few points in my back, but otherwise it was great.
