My esthetician is amazing and understands my needs. I always feel very comfortable at Hand and Stone - Midvale UT The atmosphere is great

My esthetician was amazing. As an Esthetician myself, I could tell she was very knowledgeable. She took such good care of me and made me feel so welcome. I told her I have had a migraine for almost a week with no relief and SHE KNEW WHAT TO DO. I finally got to relax without being in pain for the first time this week. I’ve had many facials from many esthetician’s, but she is BY FAR the best I’ve had. So satisfied.

My massage therapist was amazing. My only suggestion is that I believe that I should’ve had some points? I bought $600 in gift cards for my co workers for Christmas. I don’t know if that applied for points to me or not?? Receptionist didn’t offer me any credit for my add-ons I thought the add on should’ve been free?

I always enjoy my massages here.

The service is great, the people that work here are genuine people who take every opportunity to make you feel at ease and awnser any questions.

I saw massage therapist Jul. I have been going to her monthly, and she is working on the tension in my shoulders. She asks how I am doing with my own stretching. She explains what she is feeling because I have asked her to do that. She is very informative and supportive of my efforts to improve my posture as I sit at my work desk. Jul is pleasant and kind. She does a great job!

I am most highly satisfied with Alex. He always adjusts the pressure to my satisfaction. He is extremely effective at working on my trouble areas. He doesn't talk much which allows me to relax. He is the real reason I keep my membership and rate the experience so highly. Were it not for him, I would likely cancel.

Matt was friendly and listened to my concerns about my problem areas. He focused on them and relieved the back pain I was having. He also asked about the amount of pressure he was using and if I was comfortable with the temperature of the table. He had a great balance of letting me relax and checking in. He was wonderful!

Haili is an amazing massage therapist and gave me a great therapeutic massage. The facility is clean, organized, and relaxing.
