I didn’t look to see if reception area was clean or dirty so I can’t give an opinion. It didn’t look dirty or messy but I wasn’t paying attention. N/A since I didn’t pay attention.

Alex is phenomenal

the providers was friendly, knew her stuff and timely and her service was excellent.

Professionalism, personable, adept, comfortable, reasonably priced, plethora of services, ease of booking, consistency, range of modalities, safe and effective.

Every person I came in contact with was warm and friendly. My massage therapist was excellent at deep tissue and kind. No one was pushy in terms of signing up for a membership. Really the place and the experience spoke for itself. The only thing I would say is that the reception area is super cluttered for a spa ambience. I felt overwhelmed by merchandise when I walked in. Though no one pressured me to purchase anything, just the number of shelves and bottles and items was not relaxing to see.

Three sentences? Feels like a lot. My experience was great. Cody was lovely. I'll be coming back.

I liked how friendly the staff was. I also liked the massage therapist. I thought he did a great job with the deep tissue.

I was satisfied by the massage therapist ability to meet my needs and listen.

The receptionist area and rooms seem very clean. I am always happy with whoever I’m working with. I always feel relaxed when I leave.

I have never been able to use the app or the website to schedule my appointments, so I have to call on the phone. My massage was really good and Alex did a great job.
