I enjoyed the place very much. Clean and very friendly staff. Therapist was more of a sports type massage with pressure points. He was very strong and very good. I will try other therapists in the future as well. Your staff and manager were great. I liked it so much I signed up for your program. I appreciated the quickness in explaining the program. Fast and friendly and an clean very cute place!

The ladies were wonderful and very professional. The facial and Message Theropist was excellent. The rooms looked great and also both are very polite, I will be back.

My therapist was excellent. She asked what I needed, and delivered - occasionally checking in to see if pressure was correct, etc. I was happy to see that she hadn't skimped on my massage time (okay, maybe 1-2 minutes). 9/10 times when I come in for my massage, I will show up early and I will STILL get gypped anywhere from 5-10 minutes! I know that a 1 hour massage is really 50 minutes. But I'm talking minutes taken away in ADDITION to that. I should fill these out more - especially after it happens, but here is me speaking out on it.

Everyone at Hand and Stone are always very welcoming and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. I typically don't request one message therapist because I have found many of them are excellent.

I love your Tuesday and Thursday deals! I always train schedule for those days. Your spa was clean and very welcoming. My therapist Alex went above and beyond. I had fallen down the stairs the day before and luckily I had a massage scheduled for the next day. Alex worked on the affected areas with the perfect pressure and helped my pain diminished significantly. I always reschedule with Alex before I leave my appointment. As long as Alex is working there I will continue coming! He is a huge asset to your spa! He is very kind and professional and I always feel better after he has worked on me!
